156.0 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No I ate bad foods the last 2 weeks because I thought that I was messing my metabolism up by going back and forth with decreasing my calories then giving up after a week. So I gave myself 2 weeks of no yo-yo dieting. BUT I'm back and ready for all the ups and downs I may go through.
