Going steady for now... I am concluding that this is my second plateau. I hit my first one around 105kg, and also had a stand stil for about 2 weeks. But I just need to push through.

I have learnt to love my plateaus. why? well because in my mind, I believe that it gives my body a chance to learn a new-normal. After losing a substantial sum of weight, I think it's a good time for our bodies to acclimate and adjust and prepare us for the next round. I've been riding a plateau for 3 months now. roughly staying the same weight with only slight increase or decrease. it's annoying, BUT I would much rather plateau at this stage than give up and spiral out and lose all the work I have done to this point.
