Intermittent fasting
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week

After having tried just about every diet out there I learned about intermittent fasting. I eat whatever I want on alternate feed days and adhere to 500 calories a day on fast days. I figure I can stick to a diet for just one day on each of the fast days and so far for the past 3 weeks I have found it relatively easy to achieve 100 per cent compliance.
