thought I did everything right this week but clearly must have gotten it wrong.😔
248.9 lb Lost so far: 61.9 lb.    Still to go: 72.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.2 lb a week

It happens to me too - don't be discouraged. Stick to your plan and stay off the scale for a few days. It might also be water retention etc You can do this!!
