Working on being more active on a daily basis* got my eating under control last year so now need to become fit! 💪Doing parkrun on a Saturday morning has really helped as it sets me up for success for the whole weekend - dont drink on fridays if i need to be up early and not sleeping in on a saturday makes my whole weekend less lazy🤣
