I will get to 225 but maybe it will take until summer. Workouts, 4 days a week, are still going okay but I am not going heavy on all 4. Adjused my rotuine so that my warmup is a reasonable workout, 120 situps single set, 4x10 pull ups and 30 mins on the bike. I ususally add 300 to 400 reps of weights after but if I am busy I can skip 1 day per week Seldom exceed my 2000 cal target but it is hard to get enough veggies in and stay under 30 g carbs per day.
