Another pound down...I was hoping for more but wonder if I'm not eating enough...I'm gonna up my calories a little this week and see what that does. Work in progress
223.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
