Surprisingly only down .4 from yesterday. Although I would like it to be more I told myself yesterday that I would be happy with any loss today. At least I am heading in the right direction again. I can't believe my birthday is only in 4 days! I'm still going to eat healthy even if it is. I recently changed my first goal weight of 165 by my birthday to the 22nd. I hope I can reach it! It still seems like a stretch but I know how great I will feel when I start reaching my mini goal weights!! I didn't work out yesterday and I am afraid to today as well because I have a YI:( Worst ever! Have a busy day ahead of me! I have a couple of things I need to return! Hopefully walking around the stores will help boost my calorie burn!
170.6 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
