Almost to the 30 lb mark! I need some new pants! :-)
265.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 105.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1283 kcal Fat: 41.32g | Prot: 81.13g | Carb: 159.78g.   Breakfast: land o lakes half and half, sugar free vanilla syrup, coffee, active pecan oatmeal, water. Lunch: strawberries, mango, tomato, shredded lettuce, kroger monterey jack, london broil. Dinner: coke zero, cantaloupe, lite italian dressing, tomato, cucumber, shredded mozzarella cheese, hunts spaghetti sauce, trader joe turkey meatball, barilla spaghetti, butter, hamburger bun. Snacks/Other: bottled water, skinny vanilla latte, plum, pretzel thins, kroger ham, water. more...
