this time around I am doubtful but determined with my eating disorder recovery in progress I am determined to eat right wile maintaining my head in a right state of mind to reach my goal I want to feel healthy and accomplished. Around for days of changing my eating habits I already feel less bloated and almost motivated to exercise I want to have the patience this time If I do not see results immediately I get frustrated and I quit. Here we go again!
