kaz_12's Journal, 08 September 2010

I was suffering from pollen allergy the whole last weekend. Then tropical storm came. I couldn't sleep well Sunday night because I was worried so much of our leaky windows. I was tired on Monday, but I watched DVD till 2 am (I know I should've not to do that). Basically I'm tired. However, I was able to wake up this morning and last morning too. These tells me that the last time I was so tired and couldn't get up from bed was not entirely from simple tiredness. Probably my thyroid level was out of normal level. Coincidentally, those are the time I gained weight too. Oh, by the way, I've been doing "bad eating" this last several days due to stress from schoolwork, but my weight stays quite well. If I was eating right and doing exercise as I should have, I probably had lost my weight.

What I am doing right now is not good, so I try to fix it. At the same time, I am glad that I know now what abnormally tired is like. From now on, I can have different approach and better understanding of my body and health.

I haven't got my new medication yet. I have a hard time reaching a nurse. I really need to increase my synthroid to 0.112 mg. Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow will have high pollen in the air. If my symptoms, sneezing and running nose and headaches, start again, I can confirm I definitely have allergy reaction. I am a little scared from anticipation though.
