Walked to the physio's, mile or two, and it was uncomfortable. We agree I've made progress and when I described my plans for the next couple of months, he said to go ahead (basically, do the movements I'm already doing but add ankle weights and so on) and keep going. My sign-off date will be 5th March and until then I can call if I have any queries or problems. When I got home I did try a few, not too many as it was very tiring. I seem to have burned off some fat though :-)
287.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
