not sure whether to believe the scale or not this morning... lol.. only time will tell :)
242.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.8 lb a week

I find that my hormones influence how i retain water. I can retain 2-3 litres and get horrified by my"weight gain" then a week later it just goes off (after i get my period). Wait and see :-) and believe :-)
