Still losing weight which is good. I signed up for the fargo 5k this spring so now i have a goal which is good. i worked out with jessica last week and that was nice. i think im going to try and get her to go again this weekend. i cant push her to hard or she will quit without realizing her potential. It is nice to have someone to workout with. I know before my goal was 200lbs. that is really ambitous. in all reality i would be happy with 225 so only 20 more lbs to go. go me.

I completed the first week of my five week program. my leg hurts a lil today so i think i am going to rest it tomorrow before starting week two. Today as a reward though i am going to buy myself some workout socks. its small but it means alot to reward myself. heres to week two.
246.8 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
