Water weight drop, certainly, but a good start, none the less. Dry January, a return to low-carb, intermittent fasting and starting to exercise should help the weight go down. Target is 200.
249.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
