So now that I am re-focused and getting back into my routine I am feeling pretty good. This is just one day, but I will keep it going.

32.9% Body Fat
30.9 BMI

I did good on diet yesterday, holding below my daily target on calories (1775 out of 2000) while keeping a good macro split 46%/32%/22% (Protein-205g/Carbs-139g/Fats-43.25g).

I got in a good workout yesterday also.
30 min cardio and 48 min of strength training
221.6 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
