Hi Sistah, how was your Labor Day? Mine was really nice. I will be up a few ounces, but I was pretty good. Didn't eat a lot of food, it's just they were high in calories. Next Sunday is my daughter's birthday so the eating will begin again, AGGGHHHH. This too shall pass and I will really try to do the best I can under the circumstances. Have a great week!!
