Have been sick sore throat and not exercising 6/7 days...I am determined to follow the menus and exercise to get to 68 kilos by the time we go to Bangkok...
167.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
