It'll be 2 weeks tomorrow since I started this journey, and I've lost 7lbs so far. Mostly water weight probably. I had a hard time sticking to my diet that first week. I've made several changes that I didn't think I'd be able to do. I quit my late night eating all together. That was/is tough! I'm trying not to eat anything after 6-7 PM. At first, I was feeling hungry because my body is use to eating late night, but it's slowly getting better. I also quit drinking beer. Now, if hubby wants to hang out outside or in his building with me, he has to buy me seltzer with only 1g carbs....lol
PS- Smirnoff seltzers are the only ones I found with only 1g carbs.
