blaaahh, having a difficult time finding the motivation I need to keep on any kind of weight loss regime...need to find my inspiration and fast!!!

Today starts my day one again! I need to build up some endurance so I can do the Tapout XT program I purchased in January.

I am going to do Wii Zumba and Just dance for the first month then start Tapout XT on my second month.

My work schedule doesn't really allot me a good time to rejoin the cardio boxing group I was in last year so I figure I can either sit and pout or get my butt off the couch and work with what I've got.

So healthy eating with portion controls that will include fresh/organic fruits and veggies and little to no processed sugar meals. I am a sugar addict and that is putting it lightly. I also have no shut off switch so the portion controls are a must. I now eat 5 to 6 six smalls meals a day so that I don't binge late in the evening.

I have cut out most of the caffeine from my daily routine but I can't give up coffee entirely so I only have one regular cup at breakfast and have replaced the rest with water.

Keeping my chin up that I will make this plan work and look forward to the beginning of June to see how far I've come along with my goals.
