Welcome back. Like you, I lost then didn't track for a year, gained.....but for this past year I had to lose weight to be able to have my hip surgery!!! I am enjoying being 3 sizes down!!! I got rid of my fatter clothes and have bought some new....looking more "stylish"! The old weight watchers slogan...."Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels!" is true!!! I am by no means slim, but slimmer and feeling better about myself. Get serious....you can do this!!!!
