This summer has been stressful for me, and I had knee surgery. Now I am trying to get back on track and lose some major weight. I am recently engaged and planning on getting married next August. If anyone has any suggestions to help me it would be greatly appreciated.

My only advice at this point would be to tell you to JOURNAL here, use your food diary and ASK for pals and ask for help and encouragement. You'll get it! This is an awesome site. Glad you found us.

Well set yr self small targets at a time, this time is very stressful and you have about 46 weeks to lose it, And have you set Target to high for now, could you set it for 3st (42lb), That will be a good weight to be at mo matter what and then do the last 1+st, as second target. I changed mine as I had 80lb down first now its about 65lb, also I copied a lot of my buddies Ideas on my bio, put in a target chart with smaller weight targets Congrats on Engagement
