Yesterday was a good day! I followed my meal planner 100%!! Brad even came over and had soda and hot wing dip in front of me and I didn't give in! Down one pound since yesterday! Hopefully I can continue loosing! I don't have work until one so maybe I can squeeze a workout in today! Day 2 is going to be great!
