I'm surprised I lost any weight yesterday. I did get some exercise doing yardwork, but I ate more than I had planned on. It's been hard for me to get started with this diet. I have a weakness for late night eating. I need to get that under control.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
