ugh.. why do I do this to myself? had so much alcohol and a big packet of crisps last night...

started logging my food again today🥳 no more of this self damaging behavior 🙌
191.8 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree... A tough time to be good.. Can i please ask: why do we sometimes end up gaining or not losing anything with strict caloric deficit and cardio exercise... Is it too low calories or something else...

Could be too little calories yes😅 make sure you are not below 1200kcal if you are doing excercise* if your caloriy intake is good try changing the carb, fat, protein ratio for a bit🙌 You also might be gaining muscle so try tracking cm instead 🤩
