Had a bad day yesterday....felt like crap, shakey and icky.

Today is a bit better, but I really really want to snarf down some of my 3 year old's animal cookies---must. resist.

263.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
