By adding the 1/2 cup of the so called "non-fat" fage greek yogurt to my protein powder w/ N/S almond milk, I must have stalled my weight lose. I added it Sunday & Monday morning. I didn't add it yesterday and I Have lost 1 lbs more. Plus I think the small amount of cornstarch in the sauces in the Asian food from my son's birthday dinner add to the stall. Got back on track yesterday.
I've been told there is a "learning curve" on the Atkins program.
I did't gain it overnight, I won't loose it overnight.
