Starting fresh after the gluttony of Thanksgiving. Have to get myself focused and ready for the Bodybuilding.com Transformation Challenge that starts early next year.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
