어제 회랑 매운탕 먹었더니 역시나 늘었네ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 0.5 따위야 하루 이틀 조심하면 되지ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 1키로 안 늘어서 다행이라고 생각함^^
149.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
