Agh! In meetings all morning. Didn't have a chance to eat breakfast. Gobbled a Healthy Choice and plan on taking yogurt to my next meeting that starts in 20 min. I don't feel real hungry, so maybe I'll also drink some water and have some nuts just to fend off any major snack attacks.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
