A good gain deserves a good loss, right? I'm practically starving myself to keep the weight from creeping up and up. Guess what happened... another freakin' cycle!! I finished one and started another 7 days later. SO FRUSTRATING!! Obviously the supplements and seed cycling are not regulating the hormones. I feel like I might feel better if I could get back on my exercise regimen, but I'm still waiting for the doctor to contact me about the MRI results that we have had for more than 3 weeks. I had to wait for months to get in with him and over a month to get the MRI after that. Now I'm just waiting for him to discuss those results and refer me to a different surgeon!! (Who will take months to see me and months to schedule a surgery...) I called at 2 weeks. then I called the following Monday. I called yesterday. My body hurts all the time, I have zero motivation for anything (pleasurable or otherwise), my emotions are all over the map. ...and tomorrow is the tenth anniversary of my step-Dad's death. I'm not eating my feelings, but they are definitely leaking out of my eyes.

Do you take vit D? My daughter used to be very irregular with her cycle and Dr tested her vit d, it was super low. She started taking 50,000 IU for about year and now does 1,000 IU daily. Made a huge difference 😀

When my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer, she had each of her doctors call the next doctor for an appointment, before she left the office. That speeded the process up.

Thank you, @shirlfleur, I'm sure it will. I think I'm just overwhelmed. I didn't know Vit D could affect our cycle like that, @momsog. I live in Vermont, so it's a very real possibility. I keep putting off going to see my doctor about all this. I'm just tired of people pointing out my age and "the change." I'm starting to understand how women ended up in sanitoriums in the late 19th/early 20th centuries! LOL! @gz9gjg, I wanted to set up a follow-up appointment, but he said he'd call instead. He had to confirm a tear in the labrum before he could refer me to another surgeon. The results that we received Nov.2 show a tear, so I am basically just waiting for him to call me and make the referral.
