Daily fluctuation sucks ! But i am glad about my weight heading the right direction anyway and I hope that just for 2 days my weight will actually go down and not one day up one day down !!! for some reason !!! so we will see...
144.2 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 February 2013:
1095 kcal Fat: 75.17g | Prot: 75.36g | Carb: 33.19g.   Breakfast: romaine lettuce, onion, canola oil, extra virgin olive oil, egg white. Lunch: organic broccoli florets,  onions, romaine lettuce, 7 oz tuna in water canned, avocado. Dinner: organic broccoli florets, brie cheese, grape tomato, romaine lettuce, 7 oz tuna in water, onion, extra virgin olive oil. Snacks/Other:  brie cheese. more...

Try getting your carbs to 6-8% by adding more fats and protein. You are eating lean protein, try more red meats, bacon, butter etc. ignore the calories!. Some of my best weight loss days were at 2000+ calories.
