I weighed in today because I will be going out to dinner w/ my son and his gf for his birthday and we will be going to a chinese restaurant. It is not a chain and they have no website so Im on my own with choosing my food. By weighing in this moring I figured it would give me a boost of confidence so I would not be tempted to fall off the wagon. Yeah me!!! I have lost 4 lbs since monday.
