I haven't been on in awhile. been busy, been depressed. anyway. haven't been to the gym in awhile and that gets me depressed. had alot of knee pain made the gym really hard, then had a cortisone shot in my knee. should have made things better right. well it made the knee better, but the neuropathy worse. then a week before trick or treat I rolled my bad ankle. it's still really sore and cramps up on me. bad ankle because I'm very clumsy, vertigo isn't fun. anyway years of springs and rolls have caused tendinitis, arthritis, collapsing arch, to set in. ankle is weak. doctor says baby it and it'll b fine. wear my brace stay off it as much as I can. allow it to heal. so also fighting a sinus infection for about a month. went to e.r. got an antibiotic. it made me sick, doctor changed it. all better right. wrong now when I went to er I was really dizzy the did an ekg. came back abnormal. heart dr did one came back abnormal. done stress tests Monday had abnormalities. now they want to do another test, something about imagining. told meantime no stress, take it easy. heart has been acting weird. I was told 7 yrs ago I had the beginning stages of left ventricular hypertrophy. I also have p.v.c, and p.a.c. abnormal heart beats. to fast, to slow, skipping. losing weight was supposed to help my health. but since losing weight I've been diagnosed with neuropathy, having diabetic issues (rebounding) and Peripheral Venous Disease in my left leg. Now I'm showing new abnormalities on my heart tests. grrrrrrrrr. I'm not a happy camper. Have started going to a weightloss clinic. Do have an Appointment with a dietitian. my immune system is also crap. my immune system has been crap since 2014. gallbladder died, had gangrene setting in, and sepsis starting. bad yr for me lol. It triggered an auto immune response to UV rays. always sun sensitive but in 2014 is when it became bad. I feel like I'll never get back to the gym. Have had to give up the exercise bike as well. my knee or me ankle can't handle it. I guess I can focus on upper body but if the lvh is worse doctor would rather me wait to see what the imaging says. grrrrrrrrrr
245.3 lb Lost so far: 101.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
