Well crap...back up again!! I really hate the emotional rollercoaster that is my life!! While it's not as bad as it could be...I want it to stop now. So, back to basics! Logging my food has to be a priority...makes all the difference! NO MORE EMOTIONAL EATING!!! Goofy girl it doesn't help😵😵🥴
173.9 lb Lost so far: 222.7 lb.    Still to go: 8.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
