Did better this week....lost l.4 pounds!!!! Saturdays are my biggest headache....no set routine but lots of errands to run makes it impossible at times to follow healthy guidelines....did better today and didn't pig out at at Mexican or Chinese restaurant. Ate Chick-fil-a for lunch with fruit on the side...no fries though they were tempting.
