Day 6 Not doin great I ate more junk food and I did 2 full workouts one half workout today . Wil do the rest of my workout later . It’s good to remind urself why u doin this -to look and feel good - to not get stuck in a mom bod - to feel better - so my clothing all fit again - to be a good role model for healthy habits
