I weighed in at the doctors office today at 188! I havent weighed this little in about 20 years! Going to start over on phase 1 again before the holidays so I can jump start my weight loss.

Lost so far: 41.0 lb.
Still to go: 28.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
