My first day here, Not sure what to expect. I hope this will help me stay motivated and learn new things along the way. I lost 30lbs last year! and kept it off!! after maninting for months I need to change things up and lose more.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
