Hi fellow Weight Watchers! I am participating the the Fall Into Fitness Challenge for the Month of September and boy is it helping me out! I worked out pretty much every day last week. If it wasn't actually in the gym, it was cleaning my house, helping a friend move or getting out to the horses for a long ride. And what a difference it makes in my energy level! It also helped me go to a pretty fun party over the weekend! I had so much fun this weekend. Following the plan seems so easy for me right now. Hopefully I can keep this pace going!

Points seemed easy for me over the weekend. I just let loose and had fun and said that I wouldn't let a couple of bad days get me down...well since I was so good during the week and didn't use ANY of my weekly points...the weekend was a breeze! I stayed within my points and didn't go over my weekly points because of all of the working out I am doing! The scale will probably have more of an increased drop this week since my body will be used to working out again. I think I would have hit exactly 2 pounds if my muscles weren't sore and retaining water. But that is to be expected with the first week back to working out.

So I am pretty excited and can't wait to weigh in this week. Hopefully my attitude doesn't change by the end of the week, but we will see! Hope every one had a great week last week of watching points and had fun over the weekend! Good luck this week!
