Wrong dates were put in, Dec 2011 I was 172, by march 2012 I think it was, I had decreased to 153, but yet put it back on. Since april 2012 when my gullblader was removed I started to lose little bits here and there. As of June/July of 2012 I was down to the 153 and from there I kept going as best as possible. As of feb 6 th, 2013 I was down to 133.7 and still dropping. Sorry if I had to give u a life story to understand howmy diet has helped and yet affected me as well.
