up .4 lbs, but I think its because I went out last night. I only had 1 wine cooler w/2 glasses of water at the bar, but it was enough! I did good at dinner.. We went to Texas Roadhouse (my fav!!), and I only had 1 roll w/ the Chicken Critter salad. Minus the eggs and bacon!! The dressing wasn't great, but I didn't eat much at least!
