Through this diet program, I am striving to gain weight from today until the 23rd of March. Through these five weeks, I plan to work out more than I have in the past as well as eat carefully and pick more foods that will help me gain a certain amount of weight. I plan to watch my diet and to everything possible to achieve my goals.
