Don't have a discipline problem keeping the 2 (or more) hour window.... it's just WHEN I eat, it's so hard to stop at a reasonable portion.
Any tips from anyone?
133.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
