Headed back down... finally!! Looking back, it seems like I usually have bigger drops later in the week. I need to keep that in mind when the scale doesn't look quite the way I want it to on Monday and Tuesday.
275.2 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 105.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1842 kcal Fat: 50.87g | Prot: 88.89g | Carb: 270.36g.   Breakfast: Heavy Cream, Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Latte (Venti), Coffee, Honey Nut Cheerios, whole milk. Lunch: Apple, Oven Roasted Breast of Turkey, Earthbound Farm Spring Mix, Babybel Cheese, Honey Wheat Braided Twists Pretzels. Dinner: Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, Tomato Basil Linguini Pasta. Snacks/Other: Organic Animal Crackers Vanilla, Proxeed Plus, Chocoiste Dark Chocolate Pearls with Mint, Strawberries. more...
