1309 kcal Fat: 41.50g | Prot: 61.77g | Carb: 175.56g.   Breakfast: Quakes Rice Snacks - Ranch, kellogg's special k bar, Cappuccino, 100% Pure Florida Orange Juice. Lunch: kemps 2% lowfat cottage cheese, blue bunny sweet freedom fudge lites, arnold select sandwich thins, farmland honey ham, Queen Anne Milk Chocolate Cordial Cherries, the laughing cow light creamy swiss. Dinner: cool whip, Fruit Passions - Peaches 'N Strawberry, old dutch restaurante style multigrain, taco soup. Snacks/Other: Light Fat Free White Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt, almonds. more...
