stayed the same this week. not bad since it was my birthday and I had a slice of cake 4 days in a row. keepint at it this week. Sculpting class and Piyo class today for exercise.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
