优秀,向你看齐。能问下你是如何控制热量的吗?比如基础代谢和你每天吃的东西,还有会控制饭量吗?我现在就是为了不饿肚子,都是选的低热量量大的食物吃到撑,是不是这样也不利于减肥呢?求指点

碳水控制在人的体重千克数的2倍 蛋白质也是2倍 脂肪不要不吃 适当补充优质脂肪 蔬菜随便吃 加上运动 就这么简单的事情重复做反复做
