I'm officially THINKING about Points, and food choices, but I'm not really keeping track or doing it properly. I'm eating up all the bad stuff so we won't have it in the house anymore :)
208.5 lb Lost so far: 66.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Have you tried filling in the diet calendar... I've found that helpful to keep accountable. You'll also see that by eating "healthier" foods, it will allow you to eat so much more. Just keep on going though, as you've done AWESOME and that goal line is in sight!! ;o)

I miss you guys. I should just phone. How are things going? Its easy not 5o eat bad food up here... a bag of chips is $7 and there isn't even a McDonalds or a Tim Horton's....
