I haven't been doing the daily food diary lately as my meals are typically the same everyday. that's a comfort and a curse. I used to sooooo look forward to a meal: pizza and a movie. Monday geek food night. getting an idea for a new recipe. I would look forward to it, enjoy it while eating, then immediately regret it after. I would inhale an entire medium pizza before the opening credits for a movie finished. then think to myself how I could have just had a chicken breast and some veggies and it would have been easier on my wallet and I wouldn't feel so gross. that's when I decided to start back on this diet thing. I feel sooo much better. less gross. I tend to keep my calorie intake around 1200. and I am loosing weight: over 12 pounds since I started October 1. but I do miss cooking. trying different recipes. but this is better. this is better
313.0 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Any time I have varied from my regular meals it has resulted in....dire consiquences... Plus, I am a creature of habit, I take comfort in the structure. Also, it makes fiscal budgeting easier. So there is that. Once I move out of the weight loss phase and into a muscle building phase( in around 60 more pounds loss) I'll for sure experiment more in the kitchen again.
